The object of this action is to foreclose
a mortgage upon the premises described below, dated November 23,
2005, executed by Dana M. Malek
and Jason Reinard to secure the sum
of $76,000.00. The Mortgage was
recorded at Book 13267, Page 2141
in the Office of the Erie County Clerk
on the January 3, 2006. The mortgage was subsequently modified on
January 5, 2010. The mortgage was
subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 16, 2012 and
recorded on May 1, 2012, in the Office
of the Erie County Clerk at Book
13579, Page 9463. Said mortgage
was subsequently modified by a Loan
Modification Agreement executed by
Dana M. Malek on July 15, 2015 and
recorded August 25, 2015, in Book
13734, Page 8804 the Office in the
Office of the Erie County Clerk. The
