Church offering free Easter meal

Pilgrim Lutheran Church, corner of Delaware and Chapel roads in Kenmore, is sponsoring a free Easter community dinner following the service at noon on Easter Sunday, April 8. For further information, call the church at 875-5485.

Church plans Polish Festival

St. Francis of Assisi will host its third annual Polish Festival starting with Mass at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 21 followed by festivities in the church hall, 70 Adam St., Tonawanda. Tickets are $17 each and $1 for youth 14 years of age and younger. For tickets call 693-1150.

KVIS seeks public input at monthly meetings

Kenmore Village Improvement Society holds its general membership meetings at 7 p.m. the second Monday of each month at the Community Center in Mang Park, 135 Wilbur Ave., Kenmore. Ken-Ton Kiwanis Club seeks new members

The Ken-Ton Kiwanis Club is enrolling new members. The club meets at 12:15 p.m. the first and third Thursday of each month at The Grill inside the Paddock Golf Dome, 175 Brompton Road near Brighton Park in the Town of Tonawanda.

Vets helping vets event set for April 15

The Erie County American Legion Family Project “Veterans helping Veterans” is hosting a Chinese Auction from 1 to 6 p.m. on April 15 at the Milton J Brounshidle American Legion Post 205, 3354 Delaware Ave., Kenmore. Admission is $10 per person. Auction Tickets are $5 per sheet or five sheets for $20. Town hosting Easter egg hunt

The Town of Tonawanda Youth, Parks and Recreation Department will host its 29th annual Easter Egg Hunt from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 31 inside Lincoln Arena, 1200 Parker Blvd., Tonawanda.
