is an action to foreclose a mortgage

The object of the above captioned
action is to foreclose a first Mortgage
to secure $46,564.73 and interest,

a second Mortgage to secure
$3,992.86 and interest, recorded in

TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE
TAKE NOTICE, that I, Marguerite
Greco, Town Clerk/Receiver of Taxes
for the Town of Tonawanda, New
York, has received the Tax Roll and
the Warrant for the collection of the
County and Town taxes for the year
2018 and I will receive such taxes in
Room 14, Municipal Building, Kenmore, NY, from January 15th to
February 15th; from 8:30 am to 4:30
pm with extended hours on February
15th to 8:00 pm; with the exception of
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for
the purpose of receiving the taxes
listed on the said roll.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that
taxes may be paid January 15th to
February 15th without penalty. After
February 15th the following penalty
fees will be added: February 16th to
February 28th, one and one- half
percent (1.5%); March 1st to March
15th, three percent (3%); March 16th
to April 2nd, four and one-half percent
(4.5%); April 3rd to April 16th, six

May 1st the 7.5% penalty fee is added
to the levy, forming the base then due.
Thereafter, interest is added to the
base at a rate of 1.5% on the 1st of

November.

are unpaid on or after April 30, 2018,

of record and a $2.00 late notice fee
will be added to the bill as required by

At a meeting of the Sheridan Park
Fire District held on December 19,
2017 the following Resolution was
adopted, which resolution is subject to
permissive referendum pursuant to
Section 6-g of the General Municipal
Law:

RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law,
as amended, the Sheridan Park Fire
District #4 does hereby authorize the
transfer of $50,000 from Land and
Property Capita Reserve Account to
the District’s General Operating Account for continued Fire District operations including the acquisition of real
property for Fire District purposes and
services related thereto.
No expenditure shall be made except upon the authorization of the
Board.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this
resolution is subject to a permissive
referendum as provided by Section
6-g of the General Municipal Law.

held their annual Organizational
meeting Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at
6:30 p.m., at the Kenilworth Fire Hall,
followed by their regular monthly
Commissioners’ meeting at 7:30

Thereafter, all monthly meetings
will be held at 7:30 p.m. on the first
Tuesday of each month. If for any
reason this is not feasible, in any
specific month, the meeting will be
held on the second Tuesday of that
month. The second Tuesday of the
month is also designated as the work
session meeting night if required by
the Board. An agenda meeting will
take place at 6:00 p.m. Additional
