Couple honeymoon on Mayan Riviera


Mr. and Mrs. Brian M. Napierala Mr. and Mrs. Brian M. Napierala Natalie Andrea Mudd married Brian Michael Napierala in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, May 21, 2011, at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cheektowaga. The Rev. Fred C. Jacobi officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Andrea J. and Thomas J. Mudd Sr. of Cheektowaga. The groom is the son of Paul Napierala of Lackawanna.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a sleeveless A-line gown, a chapel-length train and a three-tiered cathedral-length veil. Attached to her bouquet, she carried the wedding handkerchief and garter of her late maternal grandmother, Joyce M. Runkel, and a keepsake handkerchief of her late paternal grandmother, Ruth D. Mudd. She wore a necklace containing the diamonds from the engagement ring of her late maternal great-grandmother, Hildegarde A. Fromm.

The maid of honor was Joanna Smith, cousin of the bride. The bridesmaids were Rose Mudd, sister-in-law of the bride; Melissa Saunders, cousin of the groom; and Kristina Kozlowski, Tabitha Sayles, Marisa Jones and Jennifer Sharry, friends of the bride. The junior bridesmaid was Rachel Dimitroff, second cousin of the bride. The flower girl was Josselyn Ahrens, second cousin of the bride.

The best man was Ryan Shannon, friend of the groom. The ushers were Kyle Walker and Steve Hejmanowski, cousins of the groom; Patrick Mudd, brother of the bride; and Joshua Renzo, Matthew Fenski and Shawn Egan, friends of the groom. The junior usher was Brandon Kuppel, second cousin of the bride. The ring bearer was Thomas J. Mudd III, godson and nephew of the bride.

A dinner reception was held in the Amore Ballroom at the Avanti Mansion. The couple honeymooned on the Mayan Riviera in Mexico.
