Tax Assistance will be offered from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays through April 14. The AARP will be providing income tax help. For more information, stop in the library or call 873-2842.

The Town of Tonawanda Public Library Board will hold its next regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 11.

The Recipe Exchange Program will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 22. The theme is appetizers/finger foods. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Family Storytime with Miss Maria, for children ages 0 to 5, will take place at 11:30 a.m. Thursdays through March 27.

Toddler Time, for children ages 2 to 4, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays through March 26.

An art exhibition titled “Opposite of Ekphrasis” will be on display at the library March 13 to April 12. An opening reception featuring a poetry reading will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 13.

A birthday party for Dr. Seuss, for ages 4 to 8, will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8.

“Your Kidneys and You,” a members-only senior luncheon with The Kidney Foundation, will take place from 11:30 to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 12. This 20-minute presentation will teach attendees about how to protect the kidneys. Lunch is being provided by The Kidney Foundation. Call 332-4375.

“Amazing Arthropods” will take place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 13. Seats are limited to 35. Call 332-4375 to reserve seats.

Microsoft Word Basics, a class for adults, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 13. This two-hour class introduces the basic functions of Microsoft Word, a word processing program.
