D’Youville will hold graduate open house

D’Youville College will host a graduate and adult open house from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 18, in the College Center on the corner of Porter and Fargo avenues, Buffalo. Attendees will learn about graduate, professional and adult degree programs and talk with faculty, staff and alumni. Information regarding veterans’ services, financial aid and career opportunities will also be available. Parking is free in campus lots. Coppola to speak at ABWA WNY spring event

The Western New York chapter of the American Women in Business Association will hold its spring networking event, “Shine: Empower, Connect, Achieve" at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 23, at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens, 6461 Transit Road, Depew. The keynote presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m., featuring entrepreneur and attorney Lisa Coppola. The evening will also include a vendor fair, dinner stations, happy hour, basket raffle and networking opportunities. Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 the day of the event. NYS Women Inc. set date for May dinner meeting

The Buffalo Niagara Chapter of NYS Women, Inc. will meet at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, at Protocol, 6766 Transit Road, Williamsville. Molly Anderson, executive director of Leadership Niagara, will share tips and tricks that leaders, particularly women, need to navigate the changing occupational landscape. Anderson joined Leadership Niagara as executive director in 2009. The dinner will begin at 6 p.m. The event costs $30 for BNC members and $35 for guests.
