KYC Summer Camp registration to open

Registration for the Kenmore Youth Center Summer Camp will open March 2.

The camp will be taking place from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, June 26 to Aug. 25, at the Kenmore Community Center, 135 Wilber Ave. in Mang Park.

Children ages 5 to 11 can participate in swimming, arts and crafts, sports and games, weekly field trips, fun events, special guests and enrichment projects.

The cost is $125 per week for Town of Tonawanda and Village of Kenmore residents, or $225 per week for nonresidents (full-time/five-day enrollment only).

“We are getting really excited for this summer. KYC Camp provides kids with that fun summer day-camp experience,” said Councilman Dan Crangle, chairman of the Youth, Parks and Recreation Committee.

Registration can be completed at the Youth, Parks and Recreation office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 299 Decatur Road, or online at www.ttypr.com. Space is limited, and spots fill up quickly.

More information and registration packets are available at www.ttypr.com. For more information, contact Nicole Fields at 831-1001 or nfields@tonawanda.ny.us.
