PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, a majority of the Trustees of BRIGHTON COMMUNITY BAPTIST CHURCH, a religious corporation, will on the 14th day of November 2018, apply to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, at a Special Term, Part 30 thereof, to be held in and for the County of Erie, at 50 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York, at 9:30 AM, for an order decreeing the dissolution of BRIGHTON COMMUNITY BAPTIST CHURCH, and for that purpose ordering and directing the sale and conveyance of the real property at 1225 Brighton Road, Town of Tonawanda, County of Erie, and State of New York to LAI BAPTIST CHURCH for a purchase price of equal to the cost of these dissolution proceedings plus the costs of the sale of the real property otherwise payable by the Church, and after ascertaining and paying the debts of the church and the necessary costs and expenses of the sale of the real property and other assets and this proceeding for dissolution, ordering and directing any surplus of the proceeds remaining after paying such debts, costs and expenses, to be devoted and applied to the religious and charitable organizations and purposes enumerated in the Petition submitted to the Court, specifically as follows: to be distributed to the American Baptist Foundation for creation of the “Brighton Community Baptist Church Legacy Fund,” with such funds to be held at interest as an endowment to make payments of $500.00 per year to each the following American Baptist Church ministries and works: 1. Ellwood Fire District No. 1 is soliciting sealed bids for the purchases of (A)stationary vertical compressor, B)air storage cylinder/vessel, and (C)fill station with air control panel. Informational packets will be available on October 30, 2018-November 15, 2018, at 1000 Englewood Avenue (call the below telephone number to make arrangements).

The bids must be received no later than 6:00 PM, November 30, 2018. Bids are to be addressed to:

Ellwood Fire District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities and accept other than low bid when in our best interest. Ellwood Fire District No. 1 also reserves the right to further negotiate quantities and pricing throughout the purchasing process. This project is being funded with Federal Grant funds and should qualify for all applicable federal government or NY State discounted pricing.

All pricing will include shipping and/or handling costs. Pricing will be broken down to show cost of base unit and separate lines for options. Cost of all options will include installation.

Timeliness of delivery is a key factor in awarding of bid, assuming awarding of bids on December 5, 2018, all bidders will provide a delivery date for the bid items.
